1.Will I be able to join gym in rest of my life? Yes 3 to 4 weeks post surgery you can get back to Gym 2.Will there be some noticable scars on my nipples area or armpits? Very faint and inconspicous 3.Will there be some precautions to be taken for the rest of my life? not at all 4.Finally ......after the surgery what are the chances of these man boobs to come back?????? 99% no it will not.I have not seen one recurrence, But medicine is not an exact science and hence Icannot say that 100% it will not recurr.

yes it is safe

apart from some swelling and bruising I do not forsee any complications.these are side effects that are temporoary.

 3  can I get any shape?

I will need to see you for that.You should have realistic goals.

Regarding your questions

1. FAT TIP 

This is because of the alar cartilages and bulky skin.Alar cartilages can be sculpted,but the overlying skin can be thinned only to some extent.Since I follow the open technique thinning can be done more aggressively.

2. Alar reduction is required

Yes may be, But  will need to see you and disciuss

3. very short nose 

Height of the nose can be increased with an implant but Length cannot be.

4. no tip definition

PLZ follow the answer to the first question. 

5. Bridge of the nose is not perfect/The part between my eyes is LOW

We may need to augment with an Implant.

6.Also if you have any other recommendation from you (any change will be good on my entire face) to look smarter please let me know.

Usually there are no side effects ,except for some soreness in the operrated area,and some bruising,which will disappear in a few days

Pressure garment:This a tight stretchable garment(Corset) which needs to be worn for 8 weeks in order to contour the operated area.Results can be appretiated only after 6 weeks to 6 months.

Is there any rest to be taken after the surgery? if yes, then how many days.?

You will not be allowed any kind of exertion like gym,sports and swimming for 3 weeks post surgery.You can get back to work in a couple of days time depending on your comfort levels.

I do not perform non surgical rhinoplasty

Surgical Rhinoplasty is done at hospital and you will stay in hospital for a day

Since you are from out station I recommend 10 days as you will come for follow up on 5th and 10th post op days.

Yes I do correct these problems related to the nose. The shape of the nose will become better.Correction of the nose and septum will be done at the same sitting.This procedure is called as septorhinoplasty.Side effects are temporary.These include swelling and bruising which will come in way of appretiating the complete result which may take 6 weeks to 6 months to appretiate.You will be hospitalised for a day and you will follow up on 5th and 10th post operative days.Most of my patients get back to work in a couple of days time.15 days is good enough for treatment.

This is Anil Reddy from bangalore. Before i start, i must say that the youtube video of some of your patients suffering from Gynecomastia gave me some hope, since i am also suffering from the same embarrassment, i cant wear tight t-shirt or go swimming in the public places.

I am 6ft tall, weighing 76kgs, medium built, and i have been having this small lump in my breast since i was 16years old, and now i have turned 29years. I tried going to the gym to get rid of the lump, but it didn't help much, instead made me look fit.
